Network Solutions DNS appears to be down. We detected the problem at 7:53 AM CDT today (12:53 GMT). We have been unable to contact them via phone or website to open a technical support ticket. Many websites, email, and other Internet-based services are affected.

While we do not use Network Solutions to host our DNS or customers' DNS, we do have some customers who are dependent on Network Solutions. We are actively working with those customers to bypass Network Solutions and route DNS queries to alternate servers. Please notify us if you need assistance.
