Jason Crowley

Hi, I’m Jason Crowley, President and Chief Innovation Officer

I’m passionate about what we do and privileged to work with some of the best and brightest minds in Kansas City. My primary objective is to foster creative thinking and create a positive culture for our staff to work in. I spend much of my time just getting to know our clients and developing of ways to make their operations run efficiently. I’m still a geek at heart, and there are still days when you’ll find me taking technical support calls. I love what I do!

I started in the IT industry over 20 years ago. It came natural to me, and at the age of 21 I found myself managing the IT department for a manufacturing company with over 300 employees.

I’d always dreamed of owning my own business, and in 2003 I took the plunge! INDIGEX was open for business in a spare bedroom at my home. As we started bringing in more staff to accommodate our growth we remodeled the basement and set up office space for five. There is a part of me that misses those days. Roll out of bed, grab a coffee, walk downstairs, and get to work. However, the team grew tired of my morning breath and bad hair, so they were all excited when we moved to our new facility in North Kansas City. Our new office may be a little more formal, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. We have a great team that I’m honored to lead.

Away from work you’ll find me with my family. My awesome wife Jenny and I have been married for 13 years. We spent several years as foster parents and have become permanent parents of three of the awesome kids who came to us through the foster-care system. We love them deeply and they keep us busy!

I love to get up really early in the morning and go for bike rides with the older kids. I like strong coffee too. Quad-shot Americano is the best.
